Jessica Smuskowitz received a Bachelor of Arts with Great Distinction from McGill University in 2007, a J.D. from the University of Western Ontario in 2010 and was called to the Ontario Bar in 2011. Jessica articled with the firm before returning as an associate. Jessica’s practice focuses in the area of planning and administrative law, including an active participation with applications for official plan amendments, zoning site plan approval, registrations of plans of subdivision, severance and minor variances in addition to a variety of other administrative and municipal matters.
